Adeniji Adekunle Michael

Adeniji has been in the gaming industry for the past eight years. He is the CEO and Founder of Lofit Gaming Networks Ltd, a new venture which he believes will change the way betting is experienced in Nigeria. Prior to Lofit Gaming he was the first employee at bet9ja and co-founded Betking.com in 2017, one of Nigeria’s biggest sports betting operations. Adeniji began his career in the gambling sector by writing and selling lottery ebooks when he was still completing his tertiary education at Kwara state polytechnic Ilorin. After the success of his ebooks and the website he created for lottery players in 2011 (www.lottobigwinners.com) and created the first Nigerian Facebook page for punters, growing to more than 230,000 members. Adeniji is also the founder of a social networking website for bettors in Nigeria www.betrelate.com that was fully launched in February 2018.

With more than 65 years of experience and good standing within the industry, the South African Bookmakers Association is the leading trade association for licensed bookmakers in South Africa representing bookmaker interests in six of nine provinces. Sean’s experience spans 19 ½ years as a regulator both with SARS and the erstwhile KZN Bookmakers’ Control Committee and nine years working in bookmaking sector. His vast regulatory background and network of well established relationships are important to him and are key drivers in his ability to successfully drive both businesses.

Tunde has worked extensively in matters involving international investment into Nigeria, Gaming, Intellectual property, and Government Procurement. He has also advised, negotiated and structured a number of deals bringing international and multinational companies into Nigeria in the gaming industry. Tunde has written and lectured on legal topics in Nigeria, South Africa, the USA and the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has an interest in developing the Gaming and Lottery industry in Nigeria and frequently provides analysis on the development of that sector with a particular focus on the regulatory framework, and the operational legal structure of operators in the industry.

As an entrepreneur, Gail has probably run her business for the last 35 yrs in a somewhat unorthodox manner. She graduated from UCT with a BSc (Comp Sci). Not being a betting person, but very curious around the risk management element of betting, she applied her IT skills as a programmer and business owner in the sports betting industry. After completing her MBA in 2002, her keen interest in people has meant she has slowly grown the business from a small four person informal type business to a flat structured 50 people organisation who are serious about IT architecture and design.

Jason is Head of iGaming and African markets at Chalkline Sports, a marketing technology platform that powers customer acquisition and retention for regulated gaming. He has over 20 years’ experience in sports betting operations and online sports betting technology and has worked with sports betting operators around the world. Jason was a co-founder of South Africa’s first online bookmaker and a former General Manager of Sun International’s sports betting division, Sunbet.
Martin S. Kollie
Director General, Liberia National Lottery Authority
Martin is the current Director General of the National Lottery Authority of Liberia, the government regulatory agency responsible for the gaming sector in Liberia . As head of entity, he is in charge and to ensure that operations of games of chance are conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia and do not adversely impact the social-economic fabric of the country. Under his leadership, the National Lottery Authority Acts of 2014 was created or established by an Act of Legislature on March 6, 2015 with the statutory authority to regulate all games of chance with in the Republic of Liberia.
